USA, CANADA : ¥3,500 5-8 working days
EU, UK : ¥3,500 5-8 working days
ASIA : ¥2,500 3-5 working days
* Free shipping- orders over ¥25,000
International e-Packet/Japan Post
We now offer a cheaper shipping method by Japan Post to the following Asian countries.
China, Honk Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand: ¥1,500, 7-14 working days
If the postal service in your country is reliable, you may use this shipping method. We will provide a tracking number, but we will not guarantee that no problem will arise in your country. We therefore recommend FedEx, as they are reliable in any country.
* Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
* We currently ship to the following countries outside Japan: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Honk Kong, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, United Arab Emirates, United States.
However, if you would like to receive an order to any other country, please contact us directly at email@example.com or by using our contact form.
* Please note, we cannot accept deliveries to PO Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Il Regalo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
VAT, GST and Custom duties
Any customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over them, and cannot tell you what they will be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full responsibility for all charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
