Except in cases where a product is defective or where returns or refunds are required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email before using the product and attach photos clearly showing the defect. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please note that the right of withdrawal described below applies only to customers in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom. For customers in all other countries and regions, the general Refund Policy stated above applies.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the European Union and the United Kingdom, customers residing in these regions have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving their order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

• For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of socks that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• If the item has been worn, used, damaged, or is not returned in its original condition, we may refuse the return or reduce the amount of the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the item is not defective, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at inxshop@atsugi.co.jp within 14 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• A statement indicating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Return Procedure

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days.

Unless otherwise agreed with IL REGALO, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will process your refund within 14 days.


However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide satisfactory proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
